Hi, I'm Whitney, I am a photographer specializing in fire department (on scene and portraits), children, toddler, newborn, and wedding photography. I work on location with natural light.

Photography is a passion of mine. I first discovered it when I took a high school darkroom photography class in high school. At that time, I was a fire explorer with the Lewisville fire department and persuaded many of the firefighter's into being my photo subjects. It is no surprise that my absolute favorite subject to photograph is the fire department in action. Around this time I first created my business, "Photokator", that has since evolved into "Photos By Whitney".
